Terms & Conditions

Pilates is typically a very safe and effective form of exercise for all ages and fitness levels. When done right, it can help you recover from many types of injuries, pain and discomfort. Listen to your body and if anything doesn’t feel right, causes pain or worsens your symptoms, stop or modify the program. Rehab Pilates from home isn’t for everyone. Consider a private session with a qualified rehab pilates instructor. If there isn’t one in your area, you can book a private session with me in person or via Telehealth.

Certain conditions and injuries should be assessed and monitored in person by a qualified healthcare professional before starting a pilates routine. These include but are not limited to muscle spasms, disc herniation, spondylosis, spinal stenosis, spinal instability, severe OA of the spine, post surgery, high blood pressure, heart pathologies, hernia, sciatica or other nerve impingement, diastasis recti, incontinence, symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction. If you have concerns, get assessed and get some personalized guidance, it’s worth it.
